If you are considering a simple bankruptcy or non-contested divorce, compare these prices (before paying too much for preprinted legal documents without the valuable support of an experienced attorney.) Bankruptcy - Chapter 13	$250.00+	$595 down - any balance is paid from the bankruptcy plan (You pay $240 more for document preparation creditor listing assistance and legal services). This includes legal representation at your hearing, counseling and court costs. (any remaining balance is paid through the plan)
Bankruptcy - Chapter 7	$250.00+	$595 (You pay only $245 more for BOTH document preparation and legal services). This includes legal representation at your hearing, creditor reporting assistance, court courts and counseling.
NOTE: Except for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy - Filing and Court Fees are usually extra
