CLIENT INFORMATION
When you schedule an appointment, send information or use any of the forms found at this site, the information is received and processed through our online server, the materials provided are never shared with third parties or used outside of the purposes for which they were intended. When you send us an email (as distinguished from the forms which are processed on our own server), it is not necessarily secure so we recommend against sending confidential information via email - instead use our Information Forms. All of the customer data we do receive is protected against unauthorized access and is secured within our offices.

The user and client information that is collected necessary to process your form or request may include contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address); corporate information (Business name and description of business, information regarding directors, officers, members, stockholders and registered agent and information regarding shares of stock and par value); and financial information (name on account, credit card number and expiration date), depending upon the nature of your action. All payment data provided is secured and encrypted by paypal and is not retained in our office.

The contact information, corporate information and financial information from the various order and information forms are used to process your requests. The customer's contact, corporate and financial information is private and confidential all retained in specific client files. All information received (outside of payment information) is secured and maintained on-file in our office in Omaha Nebraska. It may sometimes be used to contact the client for purposes of completing the services requested by that client including submitting information to a court or be used in a trial for the benefit of the client. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer and this information is not shared with anyone outside of our firm. Payment data is provided to paypal for the processing of credit card orders and financial data may be provided to the state office or jurisdictional courts to which some documents may be submitted on behalf of our clients.

Our hosting service logs IP addresses, browser types and referred logs which can be used for internal purposes only. Users can call 402-734-0635 to remove contact, corporate and/or financial information from our records and to request not to receive any future communications from us or to change or modify any contact, corporate and/or financial information previously provided to us.

To preserve our client's anonymity and to assure the quality of client communications, THE FIRM does not use, sell or share any client information to or with anyone.
